Rental price = 900€ per apartment, charges and options are inclusif.
Included in the rental price:
- Use of a baby bed and chair.
- Pets: 1 animal can stay for free ( on demand ).
- Final cleaning.
- Tourist tax.
- Water consumption.
Charges:
- Electricity according to consumption at 0.30€/Kw.
Options:
- Bedlinnen: 9€/person/stay or per week.
- Bath towels: 5€/person/stay or per week.
Breaking deposit: 200€.
Breaking deposit minus charges will be refunded within 2 weeks after departure.
