The modern house

The house contains 2 appartments,

   the street level  "Belle-vue" and

   the garden level "Beau-site".

They can be rented separatly or together.

Each appartment has a maximal capacity of 6 persons.

WIFI is present.

Fully equiped kitchen (ceramic cooking plates, refidgerator, freezer,  oven, microwave and dish washer, coffee maker, water cooker, toaster, senseo...)

1 x 2pers. bedroom (2pers.bed 180cm)

1x 4pers. bedroom (1x 2pers.bed 160cm and bunk beds)

Duvets and pillows are present

Bath room with dubble wash table, shower and toilet

Toilet

Electric heating (semi passif house).

No carpets in the house.

The upper level has its own terrace with panoramic view and access to the communal garden.

Each appartment has its own BBQ.

There is private parking in front of the house.

Please note:

Due to the new law of 01/07/2022, sheets and towels are no longer offered! !!

Youth parties, bachelor parties and the like are not allowed in this house.
