WELCOME.
This modern house is located in the middle of the beautiful nature of the "Oostkantons".
From there, the city center of Malmedy is only a few minutes walk away. It is also the ideal place for a lot of activities such as hiking, biking, city visits etc. The F1 circuit of Spa-Fracorchamps and the ski pistes are both within a 5 minutes drive whereas cities like Liège, Aachen and Trier are within one hour drive.
The house is composed of 2 levels, level "REZ" and level -1, each one build with a capacity of 6 persons.
They can be rent separately or togheter.
Each level contains: hall, living-dining room, fully equiped kitchen (vitroceramic stove, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, water boiler ...), 1 bedroom 2p (1 bed 160cm) and 1 bedroom 4p ( 1 bed 160cm & 1 bunk beds) , bathroom(washstand x2, shower and toilet), toilet.
Private parking. Terras with furniture, garden (also with furniture) & a BBQ.
There are NO carpets in the house.
